I bought a 2014 Ram from here and my experience was absolutely amazing!!! Hector absolutely cares for his customers like no dealer I’ve ever met!!! His sister Claudia is also one of the most friendly people I’ve ever met! I was in a near death experience March 5, 2024. I had to get a new pick up after my last one was completely totaled in the wreck. I was absolutely dreading getting a new pick up because of the having to deal with car dealers, however Hector is like no other! Both him and his sister treated me as if I was family! One of the times I actually walked into the dealership his sister looked up and said “hey trouble” lol
My pick up a couple weeks after I got it had problems with the air conditioner, and to be honest legally, he could’ve said vehicles sold as his without warranty however, Hector took extremely good care of me and made sure the problem was fixed. I don’t know any other car dealer out there who would’ve done the same thing. If you’re looking for an honest and reliable vehicle, I would absolutely give this place your business!!!
